Top lads, my heating was broken for almost 2 years, it kept tripping the boiler initially then it stopped working all together I called plimco plumbers they turned the boiler back on for me and had a look at the the underfloor heating he suspected a problem in the fuse box and the pump but didn't know what to do with it then I got an electrician out and he said it’s the fuse box tripping the boiler but he doesn't deal with underfloor heating, then I called out a British Gas engineer with my boiler plan he said he can’t deal with it so i got electric heaters fitted by a friend and I kept them for two years eventually I searched for underfloor heating specialists after my electric bill was going through the roof, and these lads came out squared it away a week after an initial assessment and replaced the controls in each room and put one in my bathroom for me, before I had one control in the hallway for the bathroom and hallway heating, all in all a very happy with the work, a family run business from a respectful Scottish family.
My Heatmiser underfloor heating system was not working properly. Alan and Josh came out at 6.30 p.m. on a Sunday evening at no extra cost and within an hour had sorted out the problem, reset thermostats, and corrected other matters on our system. They also explained how to deal with any future minor problems in a non too technical way. Full marks to UFH Company.
When my heating stopped working I thought the company to whom I pay a large amount of money monthly as part of the compulsory contract in my apartment block would sort it. They came and said it was not their problem as it was not in the HIU but in the underfloor part in my apartment which was not covered! I contacted several companies I had googled and happily, The UFH Company called back. David came and checked everything. He said all the underfloor part was fine. He offered to speak to the next engineer from the other company who attended. An on-call engineer from the contracted company came and made no progress. I asked him to speak to David which he did. David then called me 5 minutes later and said his boss Paul would come immediately and be with me in 15 minutes. Paul arrived and worked tirelessly finding the problem - air in the pipes - and not leaving until the heating was working.
Never have I seen such dedication which, together with his expertise, diagnosed and sorted a problem another company had sent 3 engineers to address without any progress.
Everyone I dealt with in The UFH company was delightful and so helpful, added to their expertise I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I moved into a new home and couldn't make head nor tail of the underfloor heating system. The UHC was wonderful - completely in control and able to diagnose within an hour which thermostats were working and helped in changing others. They also redid my bathroom with underfloor heating. David and Josh and all the staff in the office were completely professional yet also warm, approachable and friendly. I've had a toasty house all winter!

Alan & David diagnosed and fixed my UFH after two failed attempts by other companies, wasting me time and money. Alan & David are friendly, honest & reliable. Very reasonable prices, final price as quoted. I would highly recommend them, many thanks chaps.
David and Alan were absolute stars in figuring out what our problem was, patient and methodical - and quite honestly you would now never know they had been here - so clean!!!
Granted given the Festive period it took a little time to get things done but we would highly highly recommend these guys.
We had umpteen companies looking at our heating problem and quite honestly we just didn't trust the BS - but we had a lot of faith in David and Alan.

I just want to say a huge thank you for your prompt response at this busy time of year. I am very grateful to Dave for driving across London to get to me this evening. He was enormously helpful over the telephone and in keeping me informed of the time of his arrival, and then resolving the problem speedily once here. He really went the extra mile (or 20) and was pleasant and courteous.

Paul and Alan are THE BEST THE BRIGHTEST AND THE MOST HELPFUL engineers I have come across. I had very difficult situation with previous builders leaving a devastating mess in my newly refurbished flat in Notting Hill London.
It required a total reevaluation and associated costs. From the beginning Paul and Alan knew what to do. They were incredibly empathetic, worked hard to save me money, worked SO HARD to repair the disaster PLUS also worked hard to compete cosmetic finishes. They were totally trustworthy, I had to spend money but I now feel all plumbing and underfloor heating has been properly done.
I cannot recommend them highly enough they will come out night and day to save you if they can, they go above and beyond. I hope to know them for the rest of my life. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
